PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security in a wireless communication system using both of a high-speed communication system and a low-speed communication system. SOLUTION: The wireless communication system has the low-speed communication system consisting of a low-speed system base station CS and a mobile communication network MCN, and the high-speed communication system consisting of a high-speed system wireless base station AP and a high-speed backbone network HSN. A security management server SES for performing security processing such as authentication of security information is directly connected to the network MCN by an exclusive line, and the transmission of security information to the server SES is carried out via the low-speed communication system having comparatively high security.
