PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording device that can make stabilized signal reproduction while protecting the digital literary works such as video and audio information recorded on an optical disk from illicitly copying to another optical disk. SOLUTION: This is an optical disk recording device that records the main information as the record marks while recording the sub-information by finely displacing the record mark edges in the direction of the track. The fine displacements made by the delay element are electrically detected. If the detected displacement is smaller than predetermined range, the amount of the displacement is increased, but if larger than predetermined range, it is reduced.
