PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the device from being damaged even when a foreign substance is caught between drawing rolls, or trouble such as the coiling of a resin film occurs, and to easily and quickly perform a recovery work when trouble occurs. SOLUTION: On a linear guide rail 27 (28) of a base 20, a plurality of drawing roll units 30 respectively having drawing rolls 33 are provided in a manner to be respectively individually movable in the linear guide rail directions.
