IN VITRO FLOWERING METHOD FOR ROSES

摘要

This invention is about a method for in vitro flowering roses in modified MS (Murashige and Skoog) media supplied with some hormones contained in a glass tube. According to this invention, the steps for flowering roses in a glass tube are significantly simplified and the flowering rates dramatically enhanced. This method can be applied to culture various plants as well as rose in a glass tube.
