SINTERING POWDER FOR SELECTIVE LASER-SINTERING, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, METHOD FOR PRODUCING FORMED PRODUCT AND FORMED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser-sintering powder suitable for being used again as the laser-sintering powder by adding a small amount of the new powder or directly without adding the new powder, and also suitable for reducing the amount of produced returned powder which must be discarded.

SOLUTION: This sintering powder can be produced by adding an adjusting agent, especially an organic carboxylic acid to a polyamide and the polyamide powder having an almost constant solution viscosity, and the laser-sintering powder having the adjusted polyamide can be used in a plurality of times by without adding the new powder or by adding only a small amount of the new powder in the laser-sintering process.
