PICKLES PRODUCTION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickles production apparatus causing no liquid spilling off even if the liquid in a pickling vessel increases or the apparatus undergoes vibration or acceleration, or the like.

SOLUTION: The pickles production apparatus comprises the pickling vessel 7 where a specified amount of a food material and a specified amount of a pickling liquid corresponding to the amount of the food material are held and the food material is pressed and pickled and a liquid holder 8 divided with a partition 5 from the pickling vessel 7 for separately holding liquid spilled off the vessel 7. In this apparatus, through holes 6 via which the pickling vessel 7 and the liquid holder 8 communicate with each other are provided on the partition 5 at positions higher than a level of the pickling liquid to be held in the vessel 7 in advance.
