PHYSICAL PROPERTY EVALUATING METHOD FOR BASE ROCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that expenses pile up when an area to be examined is examined by a boring examination over a wide range. SOLUTION: A base rock evaluating method for evaluating the physical properties in base rock includes an acquisition process for acquiring respective physical properties in a plurality of layers existing in the base rock; an analysis process for generating elastic waves in the base rock and utilizing the reflected waves to analyze the distribution of the plurality of layers; and an evaluation process for applying the physical property value of each layer acquired in the acquisition process as the physical property value of each layer analyzed in the analysis process to evaluate the physical properties in the base rock, thus providing the base rock evaluating method for evaluating the base rock physical properties over the wide range at low costs while securing excellent reliability.
