PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress potential variation of a common ground wiring pattern of a multilayered substrate, in mounting an electronic control device equipped with a switching power circuit to the multilayered substrate. SOLUTION: The ground wiring pattern 20 for exclusive use in the power circuit 2 is arranged separate from the common ground wiring pattern 30 of each circuit of the electronic control device 1. These ground wiring patterns 20 and 30 are connected to each other by an inter-layer connecting part 32 formed at a via hole. Even if the potential variation occurs in the ground wiring pattern 20, the influence of the potential variation is restrained from exerting upon the common ground wiring pattern 30, since the switching element of the power circuit 2 is turned on/off. Thus, even if a circuit, such as an A/D converter 6 which operates with the ground potential as a reference, is connected to the common ground wiring pattern 30, the circuit is maintained to operate with high accuracy.
