PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively stabilize a plant-originated material, exhibit various secondary effects, improve water holding and fertilizer holding properties, promote germination of introduced plants, moderate base injuries and carry out high-speed proliferation of effective microorganisms and prophylaxis of root rot. SOLUTION: A stabilizer, erosion preventive and improvement promoter for spraying the plant-originated material is obtained by adding calcium oxide, amorphous alumina silicate and a mineral reaction enzyme preparation to silicon oxide as a principal component. The mineral reaction enzyme preparation is obtained by adding er an extracted component from either one or both of a papaya and a pineapple to an extracted component from a leaf of a coniferous tree. The preferable composition comprises 50-70 wt.% of the silicon oxide, 10-20 wt.% of the calcium oxide, 5-10 wt.% of amorphous alumina silicate and 15-35 wt.% of the mineral reaction enzyme preparation.
