PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide priority about the output of an electronic mail according to a positional relation between a traveling position and a position of a transmission source. SOLUTION: This electronic mail device has: a traveling position acquisition means 3 acquiring a present position of a vehicle; a transmission source specification means 2 referring to correlation information wherein a mail address of the transmission source of the electronic mail or a domain name of the transmission source is previously correlated to the position of the transmission source, and specifying the position of the transmission source of the electronic mail on the basis of the mail address or the domain name extracted from the acquired electronic mail; and a priority decision means 4 deciding the priority of the output order of the electronic mail according to the positional relation between the acquired present position of the vehicle and the specified position of the transmission source of the electronic mail, and sending an output command including the decided priority to an output means 6.
