PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an average transmission rate while preventing deterioration in accuracy of information communication. SOLUTION: A transmission section 100 transmits information data and link establishing data to a receiver side apparatus (not shown). An information data generating section 110 generates information data such as voice data. A link establishing data generating section 120 generates the link establishing data for establishing a link to the receiver side apparatus (not shown) prior to transmission of the information data. After receiving an acknowledgement denoting reception of the link establishing data, a control section 130 allows the information data generating section 110 to generate the information data to be transmitted through the established link and to transmit the data via a transmission section 100. When the transmission requires another link to be established, the control section 130 allows the link establishing data generating section 120 to generate link establishing data for succeeding information data before reception of the acknowledgement denoting reception of the former information data and to transmit the data via the transmission section 100.
