PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure for use in a cell decompression press-in construction method, not requiring to excessively improve rigidity, simplifying manufacturing, and not increased in size, so that a large amount of material is not needed to save a cost. SOLUTION: When an internal space 8 in a cell 1 is decompressed to press the cell 1 into the soft ground 6, a lid body 2 is installed on the upper end of the cell 1 so that the atmospheric air does not flow into the internal space 8.
