PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified charging system for an hourly rental device such as a massage or game device. SOLUTION: This charging system for the hourly rental device has: a wristband 1 individually set with an ID code; and a control part 14 driving and controlling a reader/writer 13 reading the ID code provided in each the hourly rental device 11, and transmitting the ID code and identification information of the hourly rental device 11 to a computer device 16. The computer device 16 executes use propriety decision of the hourly rental device 11 and charging of a use charge from the ID code and the hourly rental device identification information.
