PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washer capable of exhibiting sufficient washing performance and drying performance even when washing and drying are simultaneously performed. SOLUTION: In a car washer body 1, an upper surface brush 3 for brushing an upper surface of a vehicle is arranged on the front side, side surface brushes 4 for brushing front and rear surfaces and a side surfaces of the vehicle are arranged in the rear, and blower nozzles 6 and 7 are arranged further in the rear. A shutter means 8 for cutting off a car body upper space is independently and liftably arranged between the side surface brushes 4 and the blower nozzles 6 and 7. Thus, speedy car washing for simultaneously advancing brushing washing by the brushes 3 and 4 and car body drying by the blower nozzles 6 and 7 can be achieved at least by reciprocating forward travel of the car washer body 1.
