摘要 PURPOSE: A solid-state image sensing device is provided to improve a focusing efficiency by displacing a center of a microlense from a center of a photo-sensor. CONSTITUTION: A solid-state image sensing device includes a photosensitive surface for capturing incident light from a desired object system. The photosensitive surface includes a plurality of photo-sensors(12) arranged in a direction of row and a direction of column, and microlenses(52). The microlenses are formed respectively on each of the photo-sensors and condense the incident light. Each of plurality of photo-sensors includes the first photosensitive cell having the first sensitivity for photoelectrically transducing the incident light, and the second photosensitive cell having the second sensitivity lower than the first sensitivity for photoelectrically transducing the incident light. Each of the microlenses causes the incident light to converge to corresponding one of the plurality of photo-sensors.
