PURPOSE: Provided is a ceramic slurry composition capable of obtaining a ceramic green sheet having low viscosity, excellent dispersibility, flowability and moldability, high density and good dryness by lowering solution viscosity, not by lowering a molecular weight of solid in a water-soluble acrylic binder. CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble acrylic binder comprises a solid and a solvent, wherein the solid has a weight average molecular weight of from 10000 to 500000 and an inertial square radius in water of 100 nm or less, and the alcohol content of the water-soluble acrylic binder is 5 wt% or less when the solid content is 40 wt%. Such water-soluble acrylic binder is mixed with a ceramic raw material powder and water to obtain a ceramic slurry composition used in the manufacture of a laminated ceramic electronic part.
