<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use data such as BML (broadcast markup language) to be broadcasted on the premise of use of a remote controller in digital broadcast even by an onboard receiver. <P>SOLUTION: An operation to the remote controller is substituted by a display 18 and a touch panel 19. Conversion/management 40 performs analysis of BML description for realizing a software remote control function corresponding to an operation of a special key, etc. of the remote controller by display of a BML browser 33 and allocates functions of the touch panel 19. When an event elements, etc. is complicated, generation of an erroneous operation, etc. is prevented by expanding the vicinity of a position indicated once.
