PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing a shield such as a sunshade and a rain cover to a support. SOLUTION: In the device for fixing the shield such as a sunshade and a rain cover to the support 2, the shield 1 is provided with a bearing cylinder 4, in which a bar 5 can move.
