PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tail code mounting apparatus suited for a high stroke. SOLUTION: A shackle rod 5 is provided individually for each wire rope 3 for suspension. The shackle rod comprises a rope socket 6 having a cylindrical rope retention section 9 being extended up and down; an wedge-like rope presser member 7 that is freely inserted into the rope retention member so that it can move up and down; and a rod 8 for suspending and supporting the rope socket. The rope retention section is formed so that its inner diameter is reduced in a tapered shape toward the lower portion. The rope presser member is formed so that the edge section of the wire rope for suspension being bent along the outer periphery section is pressure-welded to the inner surface of the rope retention section for fixing and retaining.
