PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for contributing to performing rational fastening work in accordance with a work form of a screw when constructing a screw fastening work device by combining a motor-driven screw driver and a screw feeder. SOLUTION: This screw fastening work device 100 has the motor-driven screw driver 101 and the screw feeder 201. The motor-driven screw driver 101 has a motor 113, a driver bit 123 and a clutch 117. The screw feeder 201 has a body 213, a reciprocating operation part 221 and a feed mechanism 224 for intermittently feeding a screw connecting belt 251 arranged with a plurality of screws. When performing work for fastening a work object screw 257 arranged in a fastening work position 239 by the screw feeder 201 to a workpiece by the driver bit 123, the clutch 117 releases the transmission of the rotational torque of the motor 113 when reaction torque to the driver bit 123 from the workpiece side exceeds a prescribed range.
