PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of the whole piping by releasing pressure increase in a sensing line to a primary piping when the pressure in the sensing line increases to be equal to or higher than a fixed value and releasing the corresponding pressure increase in the primary piping to the outside from the primary piping to thereby dispense with installation of an accumulator and thermal insulation construction work. SOLUTION: In foam fire-extinguishing equipment where a simultaneously opening valve apparatus which is open with the pressure drop in the sensing line provided with a fire sensing head is interposed between the primary piping for feeding an extinguishing liquid and the secondary piping provided with an extinguishing head, the simultaneously opening valve apparatus is provided with a control valve for releasing the extinguishing liquid on the side of the sensing line to the side of the primary piping when the pressure of the extinguishing liquid inside the sensing line becomes higher than a prescribed pressure, and a discharge valve apparatus which is open with the corresponding pressure increase is provided on the side of the primary piping.
