PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support even a care-giver having no physical strength and no knowledge about care to easily care standing up, lying and moving of a patient. SOLUTION: In a care support device provided with a holding device C at a movable truck T in a vertically movable and rotatable state, a groove-like housing part covering a human body lying on his/her back is provided under the holding device, and a pair of holding members H on which the human body has to be mounted when extending from both of the sides of the opening of the housing part and which can be moved forward and backward is provided. The holding device is divided into a trunk support part C1, a hip/thigh support part C2, and a shin support part C3 so as to individually hold the three parts of the trunk, hip/thigh, and shin of the human body, and the respective parts are connected rotatably along the forward and backward bending directions of the human body by rotation joints D1 and D2.
