PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor for an electron gun structure with an improved production yield and high reliability, an electron gun structure equipped with it and a cathode-ray tube. SOLUTION: The resistor 4 for the electron gun structure for impressing voltage divided in a given resistor division ratio on an electrode fitted to the electron gun structure is provided with an insulating board 52, a plurality of resistive elements 53 for electrodes mounted on the insulating board 52, a resistive element 54 for resistors having a pattern for obtaining a given resistance value between the resistive elements for electrodes fitted on the insulating board 52, an insulation coating layer 55 coating the resistive element 54 for resistors, a plurality of metal terminals 56 connected in correspondence to each resistive element 53 for electrodes, and a drawing-out wiring 60 drawn out from at least one resistive element 53 for electrodes and electrically connected to the resistive element 54 for resistors.
