A method for locating a communication device, whereby an emergency call routine is activated, by which the following steps are performed: - Detecting which at least one communications network is existent at the location of the communication device; - In case that more than one communications network is existent, determining a priority of the communications networks; - In case that only one network is existent assigning the highest priority to this network; - Sending an emergency signal over the network with the highest priority. |
