<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem in which high developing costs are necessary when a new function is added to an image archiving system aiming a reduction in business costs by means of processing books and forms into image data. <P>SOLUTION: Control software among operations (1300 and 2300) controlling motions of a plurality of operating systems on the same computer and sub-operating systems (1200 and 2200) putting new functions (1210 and 2210) into action are mounted on a computer on the existing image archiving system. The new functions can be added to the image archiving system without changing existing applications (1110 and 2110) and without newly developing an additional system for each of mixed operating systems, and a reduction in developing costs is achievable accordingly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
