<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a golf club head in which an unexpected part is not damaged and a welding part surface is not sunk by a laser beam when performing the laser welding capable of surely fixing a face member to a head body. <P>SOLUTION: When fixing the face member 10 to a recessed part 1b formed at the face part of the head body 1, this invention is provided with a pressurizing process of plastically deforming at least one of the head body and the face member and reducing a gap between the periphery of the face member 10 housed in the recessed part 1b and the recessed part 1b and a welding process of laser-welding the face member 10 to the recessed part 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
