PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone whereby a user can confirm a caller before responding to an incoming call. SOLUTION: The mobile phone 1 is provided with a camera 15, which photographs a user of the mobile phone 1 when the user makes a speech. The mobile phone 1 transmits photographed image data to a receiver side mobile phone 1 via a base station 100. A liquid crystal monitor 11 of the receiver side mobile phone 1 displays the image data.
