PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably load a cartridge into a case with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In a loading position P2 of a manufacturing apparatus 10, a cartridge 14 attracted and held by a magnet 76 of a holding member 78 fitted to a cartridge loading mechanism 22 is held by the elevating table 52a of a case holding means 52 under the guiding action of the tapered inner surface 82b of a rotating guide tube 82 and is inserted into a case 18 disposed in the guide tube 82 under the guiding action of a tapered opening 82d. The cartridge 14 inserted into the case 18 is attracted by a magnet 90 attached to the elevating table 52a and having higher magnetic force than the magnet 76 and is transferred by the holding action of the magnet 76 and loaded into the case 18.
