PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a pedestrian, etc., near the vehicle wrongly feel as if the vehicle suddenly starts when an idle start of starting the vehicle with an automatic restart of the engine is carried out in an idle stop where the engine automatically stops during the stop. SOLUTION: There are provided with a judging means 21 which judges that it is during the idle stop, and an alarming means 22 for giving the contents to the outside of the vehicle.
