PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic search unit and an ultrasonic imaging method which give no influence on an MRI image even in an MRI gantry. SOLUTION: The subject device has the ultrasonic search unit containing ferromagnetic impurity not higher than 3×10-7mol/cm3and is equipped with a leakage electromagnetic wave freeze inputting means 31 and a switch 32 which cuts off a digital control part of the ultrasonic imaging device from a signal line and a ground line of the search unit.
