PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency circuit element, and a high frequency circuit module such as a filter, etc. which can be mounted on a circuit board, miniaturized, and have small loss. SOLUTION: The high-frequency circuit element consists of a dielectric component 1, a shielding conductor 2 enclosing the dielectric component 1, a support component 3 which fixes and supports the dielectric component 1, and a pair of transmission lines 4 composed of microstrip lines. The transmission lines 4 are constituted by substrates 6 of dielectric material, strip conductors 5, and a grounding conductor layer 9. Tip parts of the strip conductors 5 face parts of the dielectric component 1, and function as coupling probes for carrying out output coupling or input coupling. The transmission lines 4 are strip lines, micro strip lines, coplanar lines, etc., and have the small loss for connecting to the circuit substrates. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
