PURPOSE: Fastening structure of rear combination lamps for a vehicle is provided to reduce the length of the assembling process in a work line and reduce the cost through the exclusion of the use of a screw by improving the fastening method of a flange into a slide-fitting method. CONSTITUTION: Fastening structure of rear combination lamps for a vehicle includes a lamp housing(10) and a flange(20). Fitting pieces are integrally formed to the upper and lower ends of a side of the lamp housing, and fitting grooves(16) are formed to the inner surface of the fitting pieces. Slide steps(24a,24b) into which the fitting pieces are fitted are integrally formed to the flange, and elastic fastening steps(28) each having a fitting protrusion(29) to be inserted in the fitting grooves are integrally formed to the flange.
