<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful device which settles an account while securing information used for the settlement from being obtained by other persons during control of an apparatus having a settlement function, and performs controlling of equipment inside a building and settlement processing by means of a single storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: This in-building system controller previously relates identification information to information necessary for settlement processing in order to accumulate them. When the identification information is obtained from the apparatus having the settlement function, the information necessary for the corresponding settlement processing is informed to the apparatus, and the equipment inside the building is controlled by using the identification information. In this way, settlement is carried out while securing the information used for the settlement from another person, and control of the equipment inside the building and settlement processing is carried out by means of the single storage medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
