<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of an association system for residents of an apartment complex such as a condominium wherein, for the association operated by directors selected from owners of sections of the complex, the directors, essentially volunteers, do not have much time to work for the association, often failing to report its activities to the other owners of the sections in a detailed and timely manner, and wherein under such circumstances, adhesion between outside contractors and some of the directors is likely. <P>SOLUTION: The activity logs of an association of residents of an apartment complex such as a condominium (more specifically, minutes of the association, financial reports of the association, information on orders to outside contractors, bulletins and the like) are made into Web contents and registered in a Web server. The owners of sections of the apartment complex can quickly see the activities of the association via the Internet. Also, information on orders to outside contractors, such as for building and repairs, is similarly disclosed on the Internet and outside contractors are urged to input their estimates.
