<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unspecified number of clients requesting follow-up response in the case of damage occurrence during short absence with a service to this effect at low cost without the need for arranging the security staff or facility. <P>SOLUTION: When anomaly of a client house is detected by a security device lent by a security device provider for installation in the client house, a notice of mobilization for instructing dispatch of a personnel to the client house is automatically transmitted to a terminal of a specified follow-up service contractor, and damage confirmation by the personnel is received. Charges of the service are assessed based on a period from receipt of a monitoring start signal to receipt of a monitoring end signal, and a notice for instructing return of the security device to the security device provider and collection of the assessed charges is transmitted to a terminal of a delivery contractor, who collects the security device and the charges. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
