<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelletizing method and a pelletizing device for waste plastics by which granules having even particle diameters can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: Waste plastics are thorn into this pelletizing device 1 equipped with a rotary blade 3, and sheared. Then, when a temperature has risen to a point right before an initial melting temperature wherein the waste plastics exceeding 25 pts.wt. melt from the melting temperature lowest side to the high side for the whole of thrown in waste plastics of 100 pts.wt., water for cooling is thrown in. Thus, the temperature is kept for a specified period of time in a specified range, and during the period, waste plastics of which the melting temperature is higher than the initial melting temperature are sheared. Then, water for pelletizing is thrown in, and the pelletizing is completed, and thus, pelletized articles of which the particle diameters are even can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
