PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance certainty of contact by assuring the optimum normal contact force in each contact leaf even in the case a blade is positioned slanted and in the case the blade is vibrating or rocking. SOLUTION: The contact section (6) has at least three contact leaves (7) protruded from the intermediate section (5), the contact leaves (7) are freely movable at the free end part (12), and each contact leaf (7) has at least one contact point (10) so as to form an electric plug-in connection to the blade.
