PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor for an electron gun structure free from damage even with a high voltage impressed and of high reliability. SOLUTION: The resistor for the electron gun structure 4 for impressing voltage divided in a preset resistor division ratio on an electrode fitted to the electron gun structure is provided with an insulating board 52, a plurality of resistive elements 53 for the electrode mounted on the insulating board 52, resistive elements 54 for resistors connecting between the resistive elements for the electrode and having a pattern for obtaining a preset resistance value, an insulation coating layer 55 for coating the the resistive elements for resistors, and a plurality of metal terminals 56 connected in correspondence with each resistive element 53 for the electrode. Each metal terminal 56 is arranged without exposing the resistive element 53 for the electrode, The insulation coating layer 55 coats peripheral edges of the metal terminals 56 without coming in contact with the resistive elements 53 for the electrode.
