PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band mounting structure capable of easily mounting a band, and preventing separation of the band or damage of a case even when a strong force is applied to the band. SOLUTION: A band pin 12 is inserted into a pin insertion aperture 3D on the case cover 3 tip of a wrist watch 1, and a band pin 11 is inserted into a mounting hole 2B on the tip of a watch band 2, and both ends of both pins are mounted by being inserted respectively into pin holes 13B, 13C on a bent part 13A of a band piece 13. In order to provide both pin holes for the two band pins 11, 12, the width in the vertical direction to the axial direction of the band pins 11, 12 is formed long on the bent part 13A of the band pin 13, and hereby spread to the outside of the bent part 13A can be prevented, and separation of the band pins 11, 12 can be prevented, even when some force is applied to the watch band 2.
