PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a U-shaped gutter which is available for agricultural and industrial water ways and drains, and general civil engineering water ways and drains, wherein the U-shaped gutter allows an upper portion of each of its right and left side walls to have higher rigidity against earth pressure applied thereto in various directions. SOLUTION: The U-shaped gutter 1 is made of a rigid synthetic resin or a fiber-reinforced resin and molded into a corrugated shape by alternately and continuously arranging recessed portions 4 and protruded portions 5 in a longitudinal direction of the gutter. According to the U-shaped gutter 1, each of the recessed portions 4 and the protruded portions 5 substantially continuously extends from a bottom wall 2 to an upper end of each of the right and left side walls 3 of the U-shaped gutter 1, and a reinforcing wall 6 is formed at the upper end of each of the right and left side walls 3 in the gutter longitudinal direction in a manner blocking the recessed portions 4 and overhanging outward.
