PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive capable of being suitably used in producing a printed-wiring board excellent in tracking resistant characteristics, without deteriorating electrical insulation properties. SOLUTION: This adhesive contains an adhesive component together with a plating catalyst and crosslinked acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber particles. The adhesive contains crosslinked acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber in an amount of 5-20 wt%. Further, the crosslinked acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber particles have an average particle diameter of 50-100 nm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
