PERORAL PREPARATION CONTAINING ISOXAZOLE DERIVATIVE HAVING GOOD ELUTION PROPERTY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peroral preparation having good elution properties, containing an isoxazole derivative useful as a therapeutic agent, or the like, for autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, or the like. SOLUTION: This peroral preparation contains (1) crystalline 3-[(1S)-1-(2-fluorobiphenyl-4-yl)ethyl]-5-ä[amino(morpholin-4-yl)methylene]amino}isoxazole having main peaks at diffraction angles (2θ) of 6.1°, 14.1°, 16.0°, 18.5°, 20.0°, and 25.4°in a powder X-ray diffraction diagram, (2) a water-soluble filler in an amount of 2.5 to 100 times the weight of the component (1), (3) a disintegrant, and (4) a water-soluble binder.
