The seat struts (12) are joined to the saddle tube (14) via an at least partially ring-shaped intermediate part (10). Two seat struts connect the rear wheel fork to the saddle tube. Independent claims are also included for the following: Bicycle frame with an at least partially ring-shaped intermediate part connecting a shock absorber to the seat struts; and Bicycle frame with an at least partially ring-shaped intermediate part for securing a rim brake located between two seat struts connected to the rear wheel fork.
