Ratchet levers are mounted one above the other in the walls (4) of a U-shaped mantle (2) on top of a base plate (1). The ratchet levers have their centre of gravity on the frame side and are kept folded upwards in the resting position (10). The ratchet levers comprise straight, punched, formed sheet metal pieces with an angled side part containing holes for bearing bolts (6). A follower bracket is secured to the frame side of each ratchet lever and when this bracket is folded downwards, the next lever is moved into a ready to use position (11). Stops (9) on the rear side of the ratchet lever are used to keep it in the working position (12).
