The cladding (1, 1) includes fluid-permeable regions with a narrow surface layer containing chicanes (3) for generating air turbulence. The cladding has at least part of its area formed by thin, flexible material. An Independent claim is also included for an aerodynamic cladding formed by thin flexible material and containing fluid-permeable regions with an essentially evenly distributed fluid permeability of 5-30 %.
