PURPOSE: Provided is an oxygen pump which easily extracts pure oxygen with a simple structure and is applicable to an oxygen producing water purifier and an air-conditioner for home appliance. CONSTITUTION: The oxygen pump comprises an oxygen ion conductor(10) inside of which a space part(12) is formed and which has an outlet(14) on one side; a cathode-anode part(20) which is formed by coating inside and outside of the oxygen ion conductor with platinum, connecting an inner platinum layer(22) to the anode and connecting an outer platinum layer(24) to the cathode; an insulating layer(30) which is placed on the outside of the cathode-anode part with being apart from each other at predetermined distance; and a heater(40) which is placed between the insulating layer and the cathode-anode part to be heated to the predetermined temperature.
