LIQUEFIED IMPACT TYPE PARTICLE CRUSHER

PURPOSE: A liquefied impact type particle crusher is provided to obtain finer powder economically with stable particle size and to increase productivity. CONSTITUTION: The liquefied impact type particle crusher comprises high pressure pump(31) having two pumps driven to generate pressurized fluid; jets(32) for discharging the pressurized fluid; two nozzles(30) for generating a first impact by accelerating the fluid from the jets(32); an impact plate(33) for carrying out secondary impact of the accelerated fluid; a negative pressure box(37) to reduce flow rate of the accelerated fluid; and an auto-inhalation duct for pouring additive or cycling solution into the negative pressured box(37). The accelerated fluid is scattered by the first impact by the nozzle(30) then under the secondary impact on the impact plate(33).
