SURFACE COMBUSTION GAS BURNER OF PREMIXED COMBUSTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A surface combustion gas burner is provided to improve the heat efficiency and to reduce the pollution of indoor air by using a knitted metal fiber mat. CONSTITUTION: A perforated plate(4) is installed around a sidewall(11). The perforated plate closes the upper part of a mixing chamber(12) and has many gas raising holes(41). A knitted metal fiber mat(5) is installed in the upper part of the perforated plate to have uniform flames by uniformly raising gas. A perforated plate(6) having many holes(61) is additionally installed in the boundary between a venturi pipe(2) and the mixing chamber to generate the swirl by mixing the primary air and the gas in the venturi pipe. A horizontal perforated plate(7) having many holes(71) is formed in the middle of the venturi pipe to uniformly distribute the mixed gas of the mixing chamber. Thereby, the indoor pollution is reduced and the user's health is promoted.
