<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ISO certification acquisition or maintenance support method allowing the style of a form to be simply and quickly changed, and of facilitating the creation thereof even when the style is changed; and to provide its system. <P>SOLUTION: A form 70 displayed on a display is provided with input columns 700 for basic items requested by the standard, and input columns 700 for change items of which the contents are changed depending on an operation destination. The respective input columns 700 are related to objects 111 structured by collecting a plurality of terms capable of being inputted in the input columns on the input column basis. For the input columns 700, each input column can be deleted from the form, changed or newly added. When the operation for the input column is carried out, the corresponding object 111 is deleted, changed or newly added in relation to the objects.
