PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stout laser light emitting device with reliability which eliminates a limit of a conventional power supply or support circuit which supplies energy to the laser light emitting device, and carries out a laser emission even under a radical environment. SOLUTION: An organic laser resonator device contains a first dielectric stack which receives and transmits an exciting beam flux, has reflectivity with respect to laser beam over a predetermined wavelength region and has a substantially low threshold value for light excitation; an organic active region which receives the exciting beam flux and laser beam transmitted from the first dielectric stack to emit the laser beam; a second dielectric stack which reflects the exciting beam flux and laser beam transmitted from the organic active region to feed back to the organic active region; and an external self-supply type photon source of the exciting beam flux which operates together with an organic laser resonator and makes an optical excitation at a substantially low threshold value. The organic laser resonator device outputs the laser beam in combination with the first and second dielectric stack and the organic active region. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
